Ok, so I just recently started playin GH3...But i got the game and i need to buy a guitar controller for xbox 360 without the game... Anyone have any idea where i can buy such a thing?? I live in the US btw -

I can't wait for Rock Band to come out here in Australia... It's so dodgey that they haven't even given us a release date yet. -

well just check bestbuy circuit city, those places. gamestop, umm whatever.
THE ROCK BAND GUITAR DOES NOT WORK FOR GH3. BUT THE GH3 WORKS FOR ROCK BAND. just to let you know ;) -

i called 16 gamestops...none sell just controllers...neither do circ cuity or bestbuy...this bites

That's so weird. Here in Sweden most game stores have the option to buy just the guitar, for any platform without a game. But after a quick search I can't find any US store that offers the same (Amazon.com sells it, but it's just through them, not from them). I guess eBay is your best chance, or buy Guitar Hero 2 with a controller (but that's a freaking ugly one... the Les Paul is the best one). -

Go to GameStop. If they don't have one available in the store than ask if you can order one. They usually do that for me.
BTW. Rock Band is awesome. =D
