General Discussion: Tutorial9 Mail Keeps Turning Up in Junk Mail

    For some reason the mail I get from tutorial9 keeps turning up in my junk mail. I've already listed it as "not junk" and added it to my adressbook.

    I'm using entourage on my mac.

    Anyone knows how to solve this?

    Maybe its trying to tell us something? .....Nah.

    I haven't used Entourage before, so I have no idea if this will work:

    But, go to Tools > Rules. From there check to see if any of your rules have a keyword that has anything the Tutorial9 email would have in it. If it does, then delete the rule.

    Yeah it works! i've deleted the rule and it doesn't turn up in junk anymore... tnx alot
