I've only played around with GIMP a bit, but I'm impressed with what it can do native. And as I only have an OEM version of CS3 (not upgradeable), then when the time comes for an upgrade (forever down the road), the first place I'm gonna look is towards GIMP. Imagine the refinements by then!

Although, really, there's only so many improvements that can be made to CS3!

Gimp is quite a good program, I just never learned how to use it. I know a couple of Open Source supporters that are quite good with it, and it has some good features.

Right now I only have Photoshop CS3 on my current computer, although I have tried flash and iIllustrator and loved them. I think I will give Paint Shop Pro and the Coral one a try.

GIMP would be my last option =/, I simply have the Photoshop shortcut keys programmed into my head x_x. But i use GIMP at school sometimes, because you can download a portable version of it, which requires no administrator status to install, sort of handy when you need to do a few quick touch ups in a public location.
